RF 3: Democratic Innovation

Democracy is based on institutions, processes and ideologies that change over time and constantly challenge their functioning capacity and legitimacy. In the last decade, new information and communication technologies have led to significant democratic innovation, whose impact can not yet be fully estimated and needs to be thoroughly studied.
